Well that was the last time he tried to play a prank on a teacher in class. It was all in fun of course and he didnt really agree with the way the Professor had obviously overeacted, but at the same time he was not about to start telling Professor's that their punishments weren't fair... just in case they decided to punish him in other ways that he liked even less. He heard a rumour once that someone had been forced to scrub the pon algea from the Ameraid fountain. He had seen the Ameraid Fountain, and he knew it was certainly not a job he would want to be saddled with. Pehaps that was the reason he behaved so much whenever Lady Ameraid was around. Perhaps not. The woman just scared him.
He reached forward, the muscles in his arms burning with cold. It was morning and he had not seen many walking around the castly. Though it was a school morning and they would be here before long. He didnt exactly want to still be here when the Ruberagon's came down for breakfast. The pools were just fof the terrace which was just off the Golden Hall, which would be bustling soon enough.
Tye lifted the net up into the air. Dripping with water and heavy with sodden autumn leaves, he moved the net off to the side slowly and dumped the clump of water logged leaves on the side of the pool. The pools themselves were not exceptionally dirty, though the launch of autumn had meant that the trees in the school ground were turning all brilliant shades of red and gold, which meant the schools pool was soon occupied by leave litter, which turned to wet clumps of leaves, which in turn became balls of slime. Professor Callaway had suggested Tye would better use his excess energy cleaning this slime, rather then spending it on causing hassles for him in class.
Thus it was a sullen Saphricorn Sixth year whom continued ot toil quietly and without complaint. He didnt want anyone to notice him, and with luck they wouldnt.
